I rectified this by purchasing a gift card first and using that when I ordered, however I feel that the gift cards could be advertised better, it wasn't immediately obvious that I could purchase gift cards. However the postage pushed me just above my PayPal credit limit. Making an account was simple and quick as was the actual transaction.
